What is a SquannaCookie?
SquannaCookies are the creation of Clover Farm Market owner, Jan Hurst. Jan wanted a cookie that tasted great and represented New England’s finest ingredients, as well as the outdoorsy culture of the Squannacook River region.

So what's in a SquannaCookie? Cape Cod cranberries, Vermont Cabot butter, New Hampshire’s King Arthur flour, blended with local eggs, pecans, chocolate chips and brown sugar. Filling enough for hike in the forest, birdwatching, bike riding, or a kayak trip down the Squannacook. Perfect and delicious! What could be better than enjoying a SquannaCookie.
